Absolutely. We encourage potential partners to test our quality firsthand. We can provide a sample box containing our various product types. While the samples are free, we typically ask the client to cover the courier (DHL/FedEx) charges. This ensures a commitment from both sides and allows for quick delivery of samples.

What are your payment terms for new B2B clients?

For new clients, our standard payment term is a 50% down payment upon order confirmation to initiate production, and the remaining 50% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) once the goods have been shipped. We can discuss other options like Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger, long-term contracts.

We are highly flexible. Our most popular products are 33mm to 40mm tablets. However, we can produce 50*50*40mm apple wood quick lite charcoal briquettes, cubes from 20mm to 28mm of coconut shell charcoal, hexagonal and quadrilateral birquettes from 20cm to 40cm long of BBQ charcoal,  various shapes and custom designs based on your mold. Please share your requirements, and our technical team will confirm our capability to produce them.

We primarily ship from major China ports like Qingdao or Tianjin. We are proficient with all standard incoterms, including FOB (Free On Board), CNF (Cost and Freight), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), allowing you to choose the most convenient option for your logistics.

Yes, our premium charcoal is 100% natural. It is made from apple wood, pine wood, bamboo or coconut shells, then with water and a small amount of natural tapioca starch as a binder. It contains no chemicals, nitrates, or fillers, which ensures a clean, odorless burn that does not interfere with the flavor of your bakhoor.

How is the charcoal packaged to ensure it arrives in good condition?

We use robust packaging solutions to protect the product during transit. This usually  includes an inner plastic lining to prevent moisture, some with sturdy inner boxes, and a strong master carton. The cartons are then carefully stacked and shrink-wrapped on pallets(if have enough space) to minimize movement and damage within the container.
